Terms of use

A plain-language draft of the rules for using She's in Tech Sales.

Draft — not legally reviewed or ready to replace a final agreement. Updated 12 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms are a product draft for review. The legal contracting entity, governing law, liability wording, complaints route and business contact details must be confirmed before the service is opened for paid memberships, applications or account registration.

Using the platform

Use the public Academy, career information and future learner tools lawfully, respectfully and only for their intended purpose. Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials and tell us if you think your account has been misused. Do not try to bypass access controls, scrape private records, upload malware or submit someone else's personal information without a lawful reason.

Learning content and assessments

Course content is provided for learning and career-development purposes. Do not copy, resell or present Academy material as your own. Assessment results must reflect your own work unless an activity explicitly permits collaboration. Certificates confirm completion of the stated course requirements; they are not externally accredited qualifications.

Memberships and pricing

Explorer, Academy, Career Accelerator and Live Bootcamp are configurable product concepts described in the repository. Current reference pricing is £19/month, £49/month and £299 one-off, with separate founding-member prices. No live Stripe charges or production billing have been enabled by this branch. Before checkout opens, the final terms must cover price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, failed payments, access after cancellation and consumer rights.

Career and partner opportunities

Progress Lane Recruitment is an independent recruitment partner. CTG is an independent cybersecurity training and potential sales-opportunity partner. Recruitment and CTG applications must not require paid membership. CTG applicants require a separate application, interview, human review and approval. Training, readiness scores, certificates and introductions do not guarantee employment, an interview, income or a contract.

Community and user content

If community features open, only share content you are comfortable making available under the feature's stated audience. Do not publish sensitive information, private contact details, confidential employer information, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content or misleading job promises. We may moderate or remove content and restrict access where necessary to protect people or the service. See the Community guidelines.

AI-assisted features

Any AI-assisted feature will be labelled and must not be treated as professional, legal, financial, recruitment or cybersecurity advice. Do not submit secrets or another person's private information to an AI feature. Learner records must not be sent to an external AI provider without approved privacy controls.

Availability and changes

Features may be incomplete during the build and preview phase. We may change, suspend or retire features, but will communicate material changes through the service where appropriate. The final agreement must define warranties, limitations of liability, suspension, termination and dispute handling after legal review.

Privacy and accessibility

Our Privacy notice explains intended personal-information handling, and the Accessibility statement explains the current accessibility target and known gaps. By using the platform, you should not assume that a legal or accessibility draft has been independently approved.
