Community
Learn together, with care.
The draft standards for discussion, peer support and future mentorship spaces.
Draft — moderation process and reporting contact must be approved before community features open. Updated 12 October 2026.
Make the space useful
Ask clear questions, share what you have tried, give specific and kind feedback, and make room for people at different stages of their technology journey. Disagreement is welcome when it stays focused on the idea and does not target the person.
Keep people safe
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or deliberately expose another person. Do not post passwords, financial information, private contact details, health information, confidential employer material or application notes. Do not ask learners to move a sensitive conversation to an unapproved private channel.
Be accurate about careers
Do not promise jobs, interviews, earnings, commission or selection on behalf of She's in Tech Sales, Progress Lane Recruitment or CTG. Partner opportunities have separate application and review processes. Mark personal experience as personal experience and distinguish it from professional, legal, financial or cybersecurity advice.
Promotion and content
Do not spam, scrape member information, promote scams, upload malware, infringe copyright or use the community to collect candidate data without an approved purpose and permission. Content should be relevant to learning, careers, technology or supportive professional community.
Moderation and reporting
Community features are not open in the current preview. Before launch, the platform owner must publish reporting channels, moderation roles, response targets, appeal handling, urgent-safety escalation and retention rules. Until then, use the Contact page and do not include sensitive information in a report.
